WINSLOW LIFERAFT COMPANY UNFAIR TO EMPLOYEES

My name is Jennifer and i was currently employed with Winslow Liferaft company in Lake Suzy Fla off of Kingshighway. I was a top performer with no disiplinary actions in my file at all. On friday May 11 my shift startin at 5 am Shiletta who was extremely jealouse of me and the work i performed went into Linda Middlebachs office (our hr person) 3 times within 2 hours. My immediate supervisor had warned me and Lynn Pryn (our floor manager) that Shiletta was "jealous" of me. Friday May 11th at 9 am i was called into Lindas office with Lynn Pryn and was terminated for heresay. No investigation was done as to weather or not i said the things i was being accused of no write up was performed nothing. I was fired then i was esscorted off the property as if i were a criminal. Neither of my supervisors who work side by side with me daily defended me or did anything to stop this. If u can be fired for something that someones say about u even though u give ur blood and sweat to the job then why bother working??? Tell me this would u want this company whos more concerened with whos who making a liferaft to save ur life if u needed it??? I know i would not. This speaks directly to the character of the President Gerard Picard, Linda Middlebach who is human resources, and the floor supervisor Lynn Pryne. They have fired employees because of the type of T-shirt that they wear. Instead of sending them home for the day. They have fired people because they are not fitting in with there "click". However, they wont fire an employee who is married and blatenly having an affair with another married co-worker!!!!! If i were any company or person needing a liferaft i would go ANYWHERE else but to Winslow. Good character means good products. Being the type of person with no values means the company has NO VALUES. So how can someone with no values be interested in truly makin a life saving product?????
